Cast Bronze Plain Bearings

Aluminum bronze is the highest strength standard copper-based alloy. We manufactured C95400, aluminum bronze bearing as standard size products in standard sizes of bushings. Aluminum in conjunction with iron and nickel in C954 acts as a strengthener in these alloys. All of the aluminum bronzes can be heat treated, further increasing tensile strengths.

VIIPLUS offer C95400 Aluminum Bronze cast bronze bushing.Used in many heavy duty applications, it is recommended for high load, high wear applications that require tensile strength, good ductility, weldability or exceptional resistance to fatigue and deformation in overload situations.

C95400 U.S. standard aluminum bronze alloy

Aluminum bronze containing iron, with high strength and antifriction, good corrosion resistance, good processing under hot pressure, welding and gas welding, but poor brazing.
It is characterized by good wear resistance.
Aluminum bronze, containing iron and aluminum elements, has high strength and abrasion resistance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness can be improved. It has good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance.
Machinability is ok, but welding is not easy to fibrillar welding, hot processing under pressure is good.

Graphite-impregnated aluminum-bronze solid lubrication bearings are customer-specified products. Its base is CuAl10Fe5Ni5 material which is relatively good corrosion-resistant. After graphite impregnation and oil soaking, it can be used without oil lubrication. Because it contains iron and nickel, it has high hardness and high load bearing capacity. This product has excellent self-lubricating properties, and is wear and corrosion resistant. Aluminum-bronze Bushings is primarily used in moderate speed and load applications.
