GLIDLAGER bearings are wrapped from a cold-formed homogenous bronze (CuSn8), which can achieve exceptional material properties. According to various lubrication conditions, we can provide diamond shaped lubrication indents (grease) and incorporate holes (oil), these designs can rapidly build up a lubrication film at the start of the movement and thereafter reduce the running friction.

Structure Characteristics and Applications
0900/0902 wrapped bronze bushing is made of tin-bronze CuSn8P. The surface of 0900 is punched with diamond oil sockets which are preserved for oil saving. The surface of 0902 is punched with oil apertures by certain angle and density; therefore it’s easier to form an oil film when the bushing works. The products have good anti-fatigue, anti-erosion, anti-abrasion and load capacity. The products are widely applied in conditions of heavy load but low running velocity, such as on agricultural, building and engineering machines
