which will obtain exceptional material properties. The standard size are fitted
with diamond shaped lubrication indents on the surface of bearing. These
indents serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film in the
start movement and therewith reduce the start friction.

Structure Characteristics

CuSn8 bronze is a kind of economical thin-wall copper rolling bearing with high bearing capacity and abrasion resistance.According to different lubrication conditions, we can provide two forms of rhomboid oil hole and oil hole. The rhomboid oil hole is used for grease lubrication, and the through-hole is used for fluid lubrication. Such a design can ensure that the lubricating film can be established at the initial stage of bearing operation, thus reducing the initial friction coefficient.
