SelfLube manufactures L-gibs, square gibs and V-gibs, which are used to guide and control linear movement in applications where heavy loads are encountered: metal stamping dies, molds, special machines and heavy equipment of all types.
Made of solid aluminum bronze either with or without self-lubricating graphite, SelfLube’s gibs are available in a broad range of standard inch and metric sizes. And, if a standard gib won’t do the job, SelfLube can economically make custom gibs in just about any size.

SelfLube L-gibs are made of solid aluminum bronze or steel. Our aluminum bronze can be ordered either with or without self-lubricating graphite or pre-drilled mounting holes. Our steel is available with or without holes. We do not make any steel L-gibs with graphite. Used to guide and control linear movement, these components come in a variety of standard sizes. If a standard size won't work for your application, SelfLube can easily make a custom size.

L-Gibs mold slides High hardness impregnated brass solid lubrication bearing is improved upon L-Gibs mold slides by further enhance the hardness of high hardness brass, giving rise to higher load bearing capacity and better wear-resistant property. The products are widely used in continuous casting rolling machine, mining equipment, engineering equipment, injection-molding machines, etc. Because of its high hardness, it's difficult to machining and finish, it's recommended only for really high load applications.
