  • The steel wear plates are made of high quality case-hardened steel. They are precision ground and hardened to Rc56-60 (1.2mm to 1.5mm deep). They are available with or without graphite caps.
  • Bronze wear plates are manufactured from bronze material with oil impregnated graphite plugs.
  • When ordered with graphite plugs, the plugs cover 25-30% of the wear surface and are arranged to generate optimum coverage in any direction of engagement of the wear plate.
