Pom Layer Sleeve Bushing, Bushing Manufacturer, Bushes Mfg, The Pom Layer Sleeve Bushing is based on a composite material with 3 firmly bonded layers: steel as a base, spherical sintered bronze powder as an intermediate layer, and modified POM as a lining layer. It is well suited for low speeds, harsh operating conditions, and normal temperatures, it saves costs and extends its service life with the normal replacement of all copper bushes. POM bushings Suitable for rotational and vibrational movements, fewer maintenance requirements due to longer relubrication intervals, shorter wear, lower susceptibility to edge loading, no absorption of water and therefore no swelling, good damping behaviors, good resistance to shock loads.

 

Structure

 

POM 0.03-0.50mm, anti abrasion, low friction coefficient even no oil
given. The inside of the bearing are full of indentions, which need to be
filled with grease before installing.

Bronze powder layer, 0.2-0.35mm, high load capacity, and anti-abrasion,
good thermal conductivity, which also further strengthen the combination
of the POM layer and steel plate.

Low carbon steel, which improved, load capacity&thermal conductivity.

Copper/tin plating layer, 0.002mm, anti-corrosion.
