Outside Steel Porous Bronze Sinter Pom Sleeve Bushings, also known as sintered metal-polymer composite bushings, are mechanical components that offer a unique combination of properties for various applications. These bushings consist of a steel outer shell with a porous bronze sinter layer impregnated with a polymeric material, often Polyoxymethylene (POM), which provides excellent wear and friction characteristics.
The porous bronze sinter layer allows the impregnated polymeric material to be retained within the structure, creating a self-lubricating surface. This design enables the bushings to operate efficiently with minimal lubrication, reducing maintenance requirements and downtime.
The strips or housing sections of these bushings are typically manufactured to precise inch dimensions to ensure proper fit and alignment within the system. The shaft tolerance must also be carefully considered to allow for smooth rotation and prevent premature wear.
Added chamfers, or chamfered edges, are often included on the bushings to facilitate installation and provide a smooth transition between the bushing and the surrounding components. Chamfers can also help reduce stress concentrations and improve the overall performance of the system.
Overall, the use of Outside Steel Porous Bronze Sinter Pom Sleeve Bushings offers numerous advantages, including excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication, precise dimensional control, and the ability to withstand high loads and speeds. These bushings are widely used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, heavy machinery, and other applications where precision and durability are critical.

Textiles Mills Spinning Unit's Machinery self-lubricating bearing application
This Spinning machine twists many plant fibers tog to spin a thread or yarn. These threads or yarns can be used to weave cloth. The first spinning frames were very simple and were used in the 14th century. After the 18th century, people invented better spinning machines, which made the textile industry the first industry. All spinning machines do two things: first, they gather tog a large number of short fibers into a loose thread.
Self -lubricating Bearing is an important part of contemporary mechanical equipment. Its main function is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient in the motion process and ensure its accuracy.Guide roller construction including a sliding bearing absorbing axial and radial stresses with aero or hydro dynamic friction reduction provided by a plurality of flat grooves located in at least one surface of adjoining bearing surfaces.
The SF-2Y boundary lubricates lead-free materials with the same performance as SF-2, but the surface is lead-free and can be extended to areas with environmental requirements. At present, the material has been applied to imported textile equipment, swing parts of
piston pumps, and parts of automobile joysticks, such as medium-load, medium-speed, and grease lubrication.

· marginally lubricated bushings for grease or oil lubricated applications
· Standard parts contain grease indents in the sliding layer; plain sliding layer available by request
· Optimum performance under relatively high loads and low speeds
· Suitable for linear, oscillating and rotating movements.
· Wide range of parts available from stock
Suitable for rotating and oscillating movement, less maintenance requirements due to the long re-lubrication intervals, lower wear, lower susceptibility to edge loading, no absorption of water and therefore no swelling, good damping behaviours, good resistance to shock loads.
1. POM thickness 0.30~0.50 mm. It provides high wear resistance and low friction even with only minute volume oflubricant are supplied, this bearing surface carries a pattern of circular indents which should be filled with grease on assembly of the bearing.
2. Sintered bronze powder thickness 0.20-0.35mm. A special composition of powdered copper is thermally fused to the steel backing. This contact layer acts as an anchor for the layer and conducts the thermal build up away from the bearing surfaces.
3. Low-carbon steel.Setting the foundation of the bushings, the steel back provides exceptional stability, load carrying and heat dissipation characteristics.
