Graphite copper sleeve is mainly based on high strength copper alloy as the matrix (also known as JDB solid inlaid self-lubricating bearing), through the matrix inlaid with a special formula of solid lubrication materials as the lubrication medium to replace the traditional oil groove copper sleeve. It can be used in the environment of not easy refueling, long-term lack of oil or no oil, making up for the lack of regular refueling of the traditional copper sleeve. It has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and strong self-lubricating ability, especially suitable for heavy load, low speed, reciprocating or swinging and other difficult lubrication and oil film formation occasions. Because of its high hardness and strength, and low cost, the service life is twice higher than that of ordinary copper sleeve in low-speed and heavy-duty occasions, so it is favored by the majority of customers. Different sizes and materials can be customized according to customer requirements.

The composition and characteristics of commonly used copper sleeve materials are as follows:
1, ZCuSn6Zn6PB3, ZCuSn5Zn5PB5. It can be used to manufacture bushing, gear, worm gear and other wear-resistant parts under medium load and speed.
