FB092 Wrapped bronze bearings are made entirely of bronze. They are particularly suitable for applications that require relubrication due to dirty environments.
The sliding surface is provided with lubrication holes that contribute to improved lubrication performance.
This bushing is manufactured according to ISO 3547 and DIN 1494.
 

Wrapped bronze bushing material

 
1. The wrapped bronze is made entirely of CuSn6.5 or CuSn8 bronze. The bushings are produced from strips, which are then calibrated and wrapped.
2. The worktop is machined and equipped with diamond-shaped pockets on the entire sliding surface.
3. These serrations serve as lubricant reservoirs, where the lubricant is initially filled and progressively released during operation.

Lubrication
