Oilless Lubrication Cast Bronze Bushings Sleeve and Sintered Brass Bushing are two types of high-performance bushings that eliminate the need for traditional lubrication methods. These bushings are designed to provide smooth and reliable operation in various industrial applications.
The Oilless Lubrication Cast Bronze Bushings Sleeve is made from high-quality cast bronze material. It features a unique design that incorporates solid lubricant particles within the material, allowing for continuous and consistent lubrication without the need for external oil or grease. This eliminates the mess and maintenance associated with traditional lubrication methods, while also reducing wear and extending the lifespan of the bushing.
On the other hand, the Sintered Brass Bushing is made from sintered brass material. Sintering is a process that involves compressing and heating brass particles to create a solid, porous material. This porous structure allows for the retention of lubricating oil or grease, providing a constant supply of lubrication to the bushing surface. This bushing type is also known for its excellent wear resistance and ability to handle high loads.
Both Oilless Lubrication Cast Bronze Bushings Sleeve and Sintered Brass Bushing offer several advantages over traditional lubrication methods. They reduce maintenance costs and downtime, increase efficiency, and improve the overall performance of machinery. Wh you're looking to replace worn-out bushings or upgrade your equipment with more durable components, these bushings are an excellent choice. Sinterbronze are manufactured by sintering pressed tin bronze powder. The manufacturing process includes calibration of tolerances and impregnation of oil in the bearings. This method generates a self-lubricating slidebearing with good mechanical properties. Sinterbronze bearings are an excellent universal bearing which is well suited for structures with high speeds and low to medium loads. A cost-effective plain or flanged bearing with long life and multipurpose use.

The cast bronze bushing begins with the casting of the bronze alloy bar stock. This alloy is manufactured through the advance casting method called continuous casting. This method yields a metal with a finer grain structure and stronger mechanical properties. The cast bronze bar stock is then machined through a CNC lathe. This process removes additional stock from the cast bar stock and machines the finished bushing. This process of removing the metal causes a scrap loss and is a slower method than the P/M process. These factors are the reason while the cast bronze bushings will generally be more expensive than the P/M bronze bushings. These cast bronze bushings also require additional lubrication. The advantages of the cast bronze bushings are the ability to withstand greater load requirements than the sintered bronze bushings. The cast bronze bushings are utilized in applications where the powdered metal product cannot hold up.
