Use Note

·No machining is required (no inner hole or grinding). There is no need to process the inner or outer diameter. They are ready to be assembled


·When the bearing is pressed into the bearing seat, the mating gap has been eliminated. This effect is achieved by bearing design.


·Bearing joints should be located away from the load zone. Use a press or vice to press the bearing directly in and place it into the housing, carefully and slowly, ensuring that the inner surface of the bearing is not damaged.


·Washers and sliding plates (sheets) may be fixed to the metal by means of screws or letai glue. (for example, letai 603). Be careful not to leave any glue on the sliding surface.


·If you need to drill, remember to always drill from the sliding friction surface towards the steel surface.


This will prevent three layers from cracking.
