Bronze flange bushing092 is made of high quality, hot-rolled and phosphorous alloy tin bronze. Plain bearings are specially designed to withstand heavy and impact resistant loads. The entire bearing surface is made up of "through holes" which offer improved lubricating properties and fewer maintenance periods that reduce friction, both at start-up and during operation. Bronze flange bushing092 is designed for radial, oscillating and axial movements and are particularly suitable for medium-high loads.

The bearings are wrapped from a cold formed homogeneous bronze(CuSn8 or CuSn6.5),which can achieve exceptional material properties. The standard sizes are fitted with diamond shaped lubrication indents on the bearing surface. These indents serve as lubricant reservoirs to rapidly build up a lubrication film at the start of movement and thereafter reduce the running friction. The material is suitable for construction and agricultural machinery.
