1. Before assembly, ensure that there is no foreign matter on the surface of the shaft sleeve and seat hole, and the surface of the seat hole should be as smooth as possible to avoid scratches during assembly.
2. During assembly, the outer surface of the shaft sleeve can be appropriately coated with lubricating oil to help the shaft sleeve to install more easily, but not too much to avoid the shaft sleeve will be detached in heavy load or reciprocating movement.
3. The mandrel should be pressed in slowly during assembly (oil press is recommended). It is forbidden to directly hit the bush to avoid deformation.
4. If the seat hole is designed with easily deforming materials such as aluminum alloy or the wall thickness of the seat hole is relatively thin, please explain, so as to avoid deformation of the seat hole when pressing.
5. In order to make the assembly easier and not to destroy the wear layer, the end face of the shaft must have smooth chamfering.
