Bimetal bushing is based on steel and sintered with CuPb10Sn10 or CuSn6Zn6Pb3 as a lining layer.

High temperature resistance Bimetal Diamond-shaped Bushings & Sliding Bearing 

Overview

It is based on high density copper alloy of special formula. The alloy surface is rolled to diamond or global oil grooves.

Made of wrapped bronze strip. The bronze is of particular formulation, on its surface incorporated with spherical or diamond shaped indentations or oil grooves. Bimetal Bushing German DIN standard, European EN standard and international ISO standard, etc can be produced and provided.

Material: steel + copper alloy (CuSn6Zn6Pb3 / CuPb10Sn10)

The product is based on high quality low carbon steel and sintered lead tin bronze alloy CuSn10Pb10.The diamond hole is rolled on the surface of the alloy and filled with special solid lubricant to effectively reduce wear.The steel back can be plated with anticorrosive coating as required.It is suitable for high temperature, water solution infiltration or other occasions where oil cannot be added or where oil is difficult.
